Why use POS Sign-In Sheets?

How do POS Sign-In Sheets work?
- Packages contain 250 sheets.
- Each sheet has 23 patient sign-in lines, numbered, with an adhesive strip label.
- After a patient signs in, the receptionist peels the label off and attaches to a patient’s chart or route slip.
- After label is removed, no patient information is visible to patients arriving later.
- Patient data, preserved on the second page, remains out of sight and can be used to identify “no-show” and/or verify charges were entered for all patients seen on that date and/or at that location.
- The Sign-in Sheet asks new patients and those with a new address, phone number or insurance to identify themselves, so staff can gather needed information.
