As a healthcare communications partner, our main priority is to provide best practices, strategies and solutions to help medical practices communicate better with patients. And we do this to improve the patient experience. Every now and then we come across an article or post that reinforces the need to return to patient-centered healthcare, and we like to share with our followers.
The current issue of the Patient Experience Journal, published in collaboration with The Beryl Institute, has a thought provoking article, “The experience era is upon us.” It’s a good read that reinforces that no matter the changes in healthcare, ‘an experience era will lead to a system that returns to its fundamental calling, that of human beings caring for human beings’.
