It Only Took 45 Years...

It’s only natural that a healthcare communications business like ours would launch a communications blog. But for those of you that know us well, you might ask why did you wait 45 years to do it? Well first, because blogs didn’t become a common marketing term until about 10 years ago. And as you know, blogs are a dime a dozen.

So we have really soaked in what communication is out there and where we can fill a void. After all, that is what our healthcare communications company is all about – customized and personalized communications -- specific to our practices’ brand.

So what are we going to talk about ? A couple things 1) Improving patient and provider relationships, 2) Improving patient and practice communications, and likely a few other gems along the journey.

Never has the relationship between a provider and a patient been more important than in today’s healthcare world. Quite simply, a provider and his/her practice can’t communicate enough with a patient. No longer is 'bedside manner' how we define communication. It’s every single touchpoint a practice has with a patient – from their new patient packet, to a diagnostic brochure, to a bill, to an email…you get the point. And that’s where we come in. We help practices look at every single piece of communication they have with that patient and we make it better.

We’re excited to be in this blogosphere. If there is one thing we know, it’s how to build a relationship one communication at a time.

Welcome and join us each week for new posts.

  1. patient communication
  2. patient/provider relationships
